Night time is the Right time

I was so happy that Grandma Betty remembered to bring me some puzzle floor squares to play with. They were even more fun to chew on.

Free Range Chickens

Before any of the furniture was brought in Ethan and I had a LOT of open space to play in. I could roll and inchworm around anywhere I wanted to. It was fun for Mommy and Grandma Betty to watch me go and go and go. I was so happy to not have any real boundaries or obstacles. The new house has the really big windows that look out into the backyard...there are trees full of birds and squirrels that I just loved to watch. I think my favorite part was the feeling of the carpet...because of my furry sisters, mommy doesn't let me touch the carpet all that much at home. But I hear that she and Daddy just bought a new steam cleaner so maybe that will change...maybe I will start to crawl and they will be powerless against my need to explore.

My first day in KC

Mommy and I went to Kansas City to help out my Uncle Scott, Aunt Lindsey and cousin Ethan move into their new house. We got to stay for a whole week. The first day was a long one for me. I was in the 20s when we landed at the airport but Grandma Betty was there waiting for me with a super big WARM hug and so that made it all better. That night they took me for my first trip to Red Robin...and boy oh boy was it UMMMMM!!!! I got treated like a big girl with my own spot at the table in between Grandma Betty and Mommy. The pretty lady who brought us our food even got me my first booster chair...which made me super happy because then I could see and steal what everybody was eating. I am a FOODIE what can I say. After such a long day all I could do after dinner was sit and stare...mommy was quick to put me to bed at the first chance she got. I was a sleepy girl and slept like a log.
