Gettin My Tan On!

This summer I have spent a LOT of time in the pool. Here are some pictures of me at my Grandma Janice and Grandpa Bill's pool. This just happened to be my first time in my ladybug floatie. The best thing about my Ladybug is the mesh ring...I mean people c'mon, check out the height on those splashes. Mommy calls me her little fishy.

Life is unexpected and unexplained...

Just days after my last post our family changed forever. Maddie lost her newborn cousin to SIDS. We were stunned and flew to KC to be with Scott, Lindsey and cousin Ethan. Please forgive the delay...I feel certain you will understand. We are still in shock and will always have a hole in our hearts.

So the other day I noticed that my FURRY SISTERS kept disappearing thru those thing. I have been watching from a safe distance until now. LOOK OUT...FREEDOM!!!!!!

Mealtime is MESSYtime

I have often heard of beauty treatments made from everyday items you can find in your kitchen...but Mac&Cheese as hair gel and a pasta sauce facial???? Not so sure were on the list.

Our Last Night In KC

She was such a good baby during this trip. I was 7 days of "balls to the wall" moving. But I think by this time she was so over the camera and rather tired.

SO entertained

This how we do it in KC people. All the "BIG" people are running around, opening boxes, painting, cleaning, etc...Me and Cousin Ethan had the living room to ourselves. It was AWESOME!!!!

Exhausted!

The snow day was a LONG, COLD day. I am so tuckered out...

Baby it's COLD outside.

We were sooooo SUPER lucky...all the furniture and boxes we moved in before the SNOW STORM hit. At least it's pretty.

The furniture is COMING!!!!

No I can't crawl yet...but I am sure trying. I just roll everywhere I need to be. I can get up on my hands and knees...but then I go SPLAT! But look we got a TV now. Believe it or not, she NEVER even tried to touch or grab at it. Impressive I thought.

More KC

So I am posting the rest of the pics from KC. This was one morning, clearly too early for her. Look at that face...she is trying sooooo hard to give me a smile...sweet baby. The cat is Trina...crazy kitty. She LOVED rubbing up against Maddie. She would let Madison pet her and it was just the sweetest thing ever. The other two cats - Putty and Bonnie - just were NOT interested.

Airports

Anybody else ever notice the kind of unsettling things you can see in an airport...well on St. Patrick's Day I didn't want to leave my seat.

Night time is the Right time

I was so happy that Grandma Betty remembered to bring me some puzzle floor squares to play with. They were even more fun to chew on.

Free Range Chickens

Before any of the furniture was brought in Ethan and I had a LOT of open space to play in. I could roll and inchworm around anywhere I wanted to. It was fun for Mommy and Grandma Betty to watch me go and go and go. I was so happy to not have any real boundaries or obstacles. The new house has the really big windows that look out into the backyard...there are trees full of birds and squirrels that I just loved to watch. I think my favorite part was the feeling of the carpet...because of my furry sisters, mommy doesn't let me touch the carpet all that much at home. But I hear that she and Daddy just bought a new steam cleaner so maybe that will change...maybe I will start to crawl and they will be powerless against my need to explore.
